Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or unexpected closure days.

In case of high order volume, launches, festive rush, or courier delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you through email, WhatsApp, or phone.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 4–10 business days

  • Remote / non-metro areas: 5–14 business days

  • International shipping (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier availability, weather, natural events, public holidays, or operational disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, product type, and order value.

We may also offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above INR 6000/-

Any such offer will be shown clearly during checkout.

4. Safe Packaging

We take extra care to pack all products securely so they reach you in good condition. Fragile, premium, spiritual, customized, or delicate items are packed with protective materials and sealed carefully before dispatch.

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it if possible and contact us immediately with photos or video proof.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email / SMS / WhatsApp along with tracking details, wherever available.

Please allow up to 24–48 Business hours for tracking updates to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Government restrictions or force majeure events

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or PIN code is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel, wrong item, missing item, or tampered package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of outer packaging

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the item received

Without proper unboxing proof, we may not be able to process claims for shipping damage or missing items.

9. Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, packaging needs, or warehouse dispatch arrangements. If this happens, you will be informed accordingly.

10. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, it may be offered only on selected orders, locations, or order values. We reserve the right to disable COD on certain high-value, custom, fragile, or prepaid-only products.

11. International Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
